"Why is sizing such a hassle?"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but it fit so weird and was way too tight. Then I went to exchange it and of course the bigger sizes were out of stock. I wasn’t expecting a simple order to turn into this much unnecessary stress.

"Customer service just doesn’t call back"
I’ve tried getting in touch a few times, and nobody ever really calls me back. It’s kind of frustrating, because I’m just left waiting and not knowing what’s going on. The whole customer service thing has been not great for me

"Our uniforms always come back clean..."
Our uniforms always come back clean and smelling fresh, and I haven’t noticed any weird spots so far. i was ready to complain if they messed them up, but nope, they’ve been doing a solid job.

"Our route rep does a decent job"
Our route rep is usually polite and professional when he comes by. Every now and then, uniforms get missed or mixed up, but if we point it out, he does try to get it fixed. Overall, the service is okay, not amazing, but not bad either.

"Clear bills, no surprises"
I really appreciate that the bills are straightforward and always match what we agreed on. I like knowing exactly what I’m paying for, so it’s reassuring not to see any weird charges or unexpected fees...

"I was disappointed with these uniforms..."
I was disappointed with these uniforms. After just a few washes, the fabric started fading, and it really didn’t hold up like I expected. They looked older than they should have way too fast.

"Pretty solid value overall"
I felt like the pricing was fair for what you get. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but the service was good and the uniform quality was better than I expected, so it felt worth it. Billing was mostly easy to follow too, which was a nice surprise. I just wish a few of the extra fees had been explained a bit more clearly. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

"Good service, but definitely read the contract closely"
In my experience, using Aramark uniforms for our small shop was mostly smooth. The deliveries were usually on time, and the reps were easy to deal with whenever we had size changes or something was missing.
The main thing I’d say is to pay close attention to the contract terms. For us, canceling wasn’t a huge hassle, but you really do have to follow the notice dates and make sure everything is in writing. I personally wish that part had been explained a little more clearly upfront, but the actual service was good enough that I’d still give it 4 stars.

"Wish the support was quicker"
I had an issue with my uniform order and expected a faster response. Support did get back to me eventually, but I had to follow up a few times, and even then the problem was only partly fixed. It was frustrating having to keep chasing it.

I checked the site and it said the items were in stock, so I went ahead and ordered... but then the order got delayed anyway. Like, if it’s not actually available, just say that upfront. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time

"Pickup issues are getting old"
My deliveries have been showing up late, and the pickups keep getting missed way more often than they should. At first I tried to be patient, but honestly? It’s really frustrating. I just want the schedule to be reliable.
